What you will do

• Execute brand marketing initiatives and integrated campaigns tailored to the Japanese market and business priorities.
• Manage social media operations, including content localization, scheduling, community monitoring, and performance tracking.
• Plan and execute online and offline community events, brand activations, and industry conferences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with regional, global, PR, compliance, and product teams.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide optimization recommendations.
• Track and report campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of marketing experience, with strong expertise in brand marketing and campaign execution.
• Native-level written and verbal Japanese communication skills.
• Business-level English proficiency for collaboration with global stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience in social media operations and 3+ years in event planning and logistics.
• Deep understanding of the Japan market, local consumer behavior, and cultural nuances.
• Must be based in Japan to support local marketing operations.
