What you will do

• Direct and coordinate manufacturing facility operations to improve safety, employee engagement, productivity, and profitability.
• Develop and deploy operational roadmaps and best-in-class Lean manufacturing practices.
• Manage manufacturing business plans, including labor hours, production costs, and cycle times.
• Oversee budget and cost controls for the operation and team.
• Supervise and coach a team of 10-20 direct reports overseeing a total plant staff of 100-200+ employees.
• Manage hazardous waste programs and ensure adherence to environmental and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• 10+ years of experience in diversified manufacturing operations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a plant leader for a manufacturing operation of comparable size.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing Lean/Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Germantown, WI.
