What you will do

• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and monitor sourcing processes.
• Develop product and service specifications in collaboration with business areas.
• Initiate and support RFQ processes to obtain competitive supplier costs.
• Negotiate pricing and delivery schedules to establish performance standards.
• Manage the release and tracking of Purchase Orders.
• Monitor supplier performance and support the processing of contract documentation.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in purchasing or indirect procurement.
• In-depth understanding of office procurement requirements.
• Extensive knowledge of technology hardware and software procurement.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree or global equivalent experience.
