Salary: $110,500 - $165,700 USD + Bonus

What you will do

• Lead high-impact IT software renewals, strategic sourcing, and procurement governance independently.
• Negotiate and implement critical software contracts at lowest total cost, incorporating KPIs and SLAs.
• Manage 12-month supplier renewal cycles: planning, quoting, negotiating, contracting.
• Partner with IT to establish Software Steering Committee, standardize vendors, and create category strategies.
• Analyze business requirements, develop ROI business cases, and build executive presentations.
• Mentor team on RFx, negotiations, and procurement best practices.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Must work Central Time Zone hours
• Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• 5-10 years in IT operations; negotiation experience with large renewals (Microsoft, Salesforce, Workday).
• Proficiency in spreadsheets for SW comparisons, ROI analysis, executive presentations.
• Strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, IT infrastructure knowledge.
