What you will do

• Manage contract repository administration and document management.
• Lead contract deal activity, both independently and as part of the Indirect Procurement team.
• Drive vendor management initiatives to reduce and consolidate global vendors.
• Support system migrations and implementations through User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal, IT, and HR to ensure procurement governance.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and challenge status quo thinking.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Experience in Procurement or operational roles with a strong understanding of contracts.
• Proficiency in managing workflows within a CLM tool.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and DocuSign.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience using Oracle EBS.
• Experience with data visualization tools.
