HR Business Partner

TL;DR

What you will do

• Provide guidance to business leaders on associate relations, policy interpretation, and workplace conduct.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, and talent acquisition strategies.
• Manage performance management processes including goal setting, coaching, and corrective actions.
• Lead investigations related to harassment, discrimination, and policy compliance.
• Coordinate learning and development initiatives to build leadership capability and organizational performance.
• Monitor engagement and retention metrics to implement proactive workforce improvement plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to coach leaders and influence decision-making at multiple levels.
• Excellent communication, consultation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Must be able to work fully onsite in East Greenville, PA.

Nice to have

• PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
