TL;DR

Director, Central Process Engineering (CPE) & NPI (Semiconductor): Leading the end-to-end industrialization strategy for Assembly and Final Test technologies with an accent on seamless product transition from concept to high-volume manufacturing. Focus on optimizing Value Added (MVA) through strategic BOM engineering and driving operational excellence across a multidisciplinary team.

What you will do

  • Partner with Business Groups to ensure Design for Excellence (DFX) and seamless technology transfer.
  • Direct complex product qualifications to meet high standards of capability, stability, and manufacturability.
  • Define and enforce global protocols between R&D and Operations to streamline mass production ramps.
  • Lead 2nd source strategies and BOM engineering to drive significant annual cost savings.
  • Manage and develop a diverse team of approximately 50 personnel, including technical SMEs and future leaders.
  • Conduct competitive market benchmarking to maintain industry-leading cost competitiveness.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in Semiconductor Assembly/Test.
  • At least 5-7 years in a senior leadership role overseeing large-scale engineering functions.
  • Expert-level knowledge of advanced packaging technologies, material science, and equipment automation.
  • Master Black Belt level proficiency in DMAIC / Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Strong financial literacy with the ability to link engineering decisions to P&L outcomes.
  • Exceptional executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
