Salary: $143,640 – $273,000

What you will do
- Analyze business processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for incremental improvement.
- Design and deploy custom process-driven solutions that align technology with business outcomes.
- Develop large-scale strategic visions and ensure new business processes are aligned with them.
- Manage stakeholder relations and sales processes to ensure alignment on recommended solutions.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and technical teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
Requirements
- 15 years of experience leading large transformational changes.
- Change management certifications such as Prosci, ACMP, or Kotter.
- Expertise in Organizational Change Management (OCM), Operational Readiness, and Workforce Transformation.
- Proven ability to engage executive stakeholders and lead public sector transformations.
- Ability to travel to client sites twice a month.
Nice to have
- Experience with Tableau dashboards and data visualization.
- Proficiency in executive-level PowerPoint storytelling and presentation development.
- Experience in Agentic AI strategy and adoption enablement.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes in fast-paced environments.
