Production Support Analyst (Windows)

Salary: $24.00 – $25.00 hourly

What you will do

• Support in-house systems (IQ, RPM, WindowBooks) and manage user, group, and operator accounts.
• Conduct quarterly entitlement reviews and update production resources upon vendor releases.
• Generate and report daily and weekly quality assurance and production reports to management.
• Execute hardware and software upgrades for all supported internal systems.
• Perform network address configuration and troubleshooting for mobile and hardline devices.

Requirements

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, Access).
• Experience with Windows OS (7, 10, 11) and Windows server environments.
• Knowledge of remote desktop connections and web applications (HTML, JScript).
• Ability to handle LAN/WAN/Wireless network configurations and troubleshooting.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for interacting with senior leadership.
