What you will do

• Own and deliver the end-to-end L&D strategy aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Develop a modern learning ecosystem incorporating micro-learning, self-directed pathways, and blended delivery.
• Lead organization-wide AI capability uplift, focusing on AI literacy and practical adoption across all business levels.
• Partner with P&C and business leaders to identify capability gaps and deliver targeted learning solutions.
• Manage the LMS and learning technologies, including system optimization and learner experience.
• Track, analyze, and report on learning impact and capability uplift metrics.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience in the L&D field.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Organizational Psychology or Development.
• Advanced skills in Articulate Storyline or similar instructional design software.
• Experience in highly regulated industries or the technology sector.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable learning programs for a global audience.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Absorb LMS.
• Direct exposure to regulatory audits.
