Focus on researching complex insurance statutes, designing compliance processes, and facilitating communication between internal partners and state regulatory bureaus.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Bedford, TX (Hybrid role)

What you will do

• Monitor and interpret new laws and regulatory requirements affecting insurance operations.
• Design and implement internal processes to ensure compliance with state insurance regulations.
• Maintain relationships with state insurance departments and regulatory entities.
• Research and analyze unique requirements for new products and program managers.
• Prepare and review reports for accuracy before submission to regulators.
• Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members on compliance matters.

Requirements

• US Work Authorization required (no visa sponsorship available).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
• Ability to conduct research of medium complexity and analyze statutes across 50 states.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with workers' compensation reporting or data calls.
• Knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance and regulatory compliance.
• General knowledge of the insurance industry and NAIC annual statement lines.
