What you will do

• Ensure HCP engagements align with company policies, including fair market value analysis and contracting.
• Administer automated workflow tools for managing HCP interactions, providing training and troubleshooting.
• Review and manage funding requests for sponsorships, grants, and charitable contributions.
• Analyze regulatory changes and assess their impact on organizational compliance.
• Support internal and external audits by facilitating documentation and resolving findings.
• Develop and deliver compliance training programs to ensure employee understanding of policies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant compliance experience (5+ years preferred).
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Professional focus on Life Sciences or Medical Device compliance strongly preferred.
• Experience managing HCP interactions and working in the orthopedic industry is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to various offices globally.
