What you will do

• Lead all marketing and communications activities for hirify.global Tallinn to strengthen brand visibility.
• Manage and develop the Baltic Marketing & Communications team, including direct reports.
• Act as a strategic communications partner to senior business leaders.
• Create and oversee compelling content including press releases, features, and social media.
• Own media relations in Estonia and maintain relationships with journalists and stakeholders.
• Plan and execute campaigns, events, and publicity initiatives across the Baltics.

Requirements

• Must be based in Tallinn, Estonia.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in Estonian and English.
• Solid experience in marketing and communications with planning and execution responsibility.
• Previous people management experience or readiness to lead a team.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and navigating complex topics.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple work streams simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, capital markets, or other regulated industries.
• Relevant higher education in communications, marketing, journalism, or business.
