Director - Marketing (Capital Markets)

hirify.global Baltic operates the stock exchanges in Tallinn, Riga, and Vilnius and provides capital market infrastructure across listing, trading, settlement, and custody through hirify.global CSD.

What you will do

• Lead marketing and communications activities for hirify.global Tallinn and strengthen brand visibility in Estonia.
• Manage and develop the Baltic Marketing & Communications team, including two direct reports.
• Advise senior business leaders and provide strategic and practical communications support.
• Create and oversee press releases, features, blog posts, social media content, presentations, and speeches.
• Manage media relations in Estonia and build relationships with journalists and external stakeholders.
• Plan campaigns, events, publicity initiatives, and communications for sensitive or crisis-related situations.

Requirements

• Solid marketing and/or communications experience covering both planning and execution.
• Previous people management experience or readiness to take on a formal leadership role.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in Estonian and English.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and navigating complex topics.
• Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Relevant higher education in communications, marketing, journalism, social sciences, or business.

Nice to have

• Experience or strong interest in financial services, capital markets, or other regulated industries.
