Social Media and Project Coordinator (E-commerce)

Location: Riga, Latvia — hybrid, with the option to work remotely or from the Riga office

Salary: €1,800–€2,000 gross per month, depending on experience, education, and skills

What you will do

• Create social media content from concept through publication in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Manage corporate social media channels, including planning, scheduling, publishing, community management, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate events, partner collaborations, and other Corporate Communications & Employer Brand projects from concept to execution.
• Support additional team projects and daily activities as needed.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Latvian.
• Hands-on experience with social media and content creation, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Experience in event planning and project coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence working with internal and external partners, managing multiple priorities, and taking ownership.

Hiring process
