Salary: $134,000–$202,000

What you will do

• Own end-to-end adoption strategies for FOIA customers, ensuring measurable business outcomes and mature operating models.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder engagements for public sector clients, navigating ambiguity and competing priorities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify product gaps and develop scalable enablement playbooks.
• Serve as the internal subject-matter authority on FOIA, mentoring specialists and contributing to product depth.
• Represent the company externally through thought leadership, industry forums, and partner enablement workshops.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools to expedite workflows and model best practices for customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain/maintain Public Trust clearance.
• 5+ years of experience in FOIA and Privacy Act response processes.
• Deep understanding of FOIA statutes, state public records laws, and redaction requirements.
• Hands-on experience with FedRAMP-authorized environments, CJIS compliance, and cloud-based SaaS architecture.
• Proven ability to influence customer executives and legal practitioners without direct authority.
• Experience with at least one federal government agency running FOIA workflows.

• Experience with AI/ML solutions for Legal Data Intelligence.
