What you will do

• Own the product vision and roadmap for platform-level experience, including navigation and shared surfaces.
• Translate customer feedback, research, and analytics into a sequenced, incremental roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional execution across design, engineering, and product teams without direct authority.
• Drive a coherent and unified experience across the full product suite to prevent fragmentation.
• Define success metrics for platform-level experience to guide prioritization and trade-offs.
• Identify and pitch new opportunities to improve customer value and product-led growth using AI.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience with a focus on platform or shared infrastructure.
• Proven track record shipping platform-level features (e.g., design systems, app shells) in multi-product SaaS.
• Strong instincts for user experience (UX) and information architecture (IA).
• Experience leading distributed, cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
• Familiarity with front-end platform concepts: component modularization and API surface design.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.
