Salary: $185,000 - $260,000 annually

What you will do

• Define and execute the product strategy for MSP and MSSP customer segments.
• Own the evolution of multi-tenant management capabilities, including RBAC and hierarchical administration.
• Drive product capabilities supporting SOC workflows, automation, and integration into MSP/MSSP tooling ecosystems.
• Develop and maintain an outcome-driven roadmap balancing partner requests and technical investments.
• Partner with Sales and Finance to shape packaging, pricing, and service enablement strategies.
• Engage directly with key customers to incorporate feedback into product planning.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3+ years in MSP, MSSP, or B2B cybersecurity.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity domains such as threat detection, vulnerability management, or SIEM/SOC operations.
• Strong knowledge of MSP/MSSP operating models and recurring revenue structures.
• Experience building scalable SaaS solutions with multi-tenant architecture.
• Proven ability to define packaging and monetization strategies for channel distribution.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and comfortable with up to 25% travel.
