What you will do

• Lead the transformation of legacy contract templates into structured clause libraries within Icertis.
• Design and govern metadata standards and taxonomies to enable reporting and automation.
• Enhance legal intake and workflow management systems like Checkbox.
• Evaluate and drive the adoption of AI-enabled contract review and redlining tools.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including GTM, Finance, and CIO to align on commercial execution strategies.
• Monitor performance metrics to continuously improve contract negotiation efficiency and cycle time.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in legal operations, contract operations, or legal technology.
• 2+ years of experience with CLM platforms, specifically Icertis.
• Strong understanding of contract structures, clause libraries, and risk allocation frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to translate legal concepts into scalable processes and systems.
• Experience working cross-functionally in a global, matrixed environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience designing or implementing CLM transformations.
• Familiarity with enterprise technology services or managed services contracting.
• Understanding of data models, metadata design, or system configuration.
• Analytical mindset with comfort using contract data to drive decision-making.
