Salary: $263,400 - $395,100 Annually

What you will do
- Define and execute the long-term strategy for the global commercial legal function to align with revenue growth and market expansion.
- Act as the primary legal partner to the CRO, CFO, CPO, and CTO on complex enterprise deal structures and Trusted AI contracting.
- Lead and develop a globally distributed team of 12–16 commercial attorneys and contract managers in an async-first culture.
- Establish enterprise-wide standards for commercial contracting, including risk tiering, template governance, and playbook strategy.
- Lead negotiations on AI-specific contractual terms, including data usage, model training, output ownership, and liability.
- Oversee the optimization of the CLM system and ensure full integration across the Quote-to-Cash process.
Requirements
- 15+ years of combined law firm and in-house experience at a global SaaS or enterprise technology company.
- U.S. law degree and active bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. state.
- 5+ years of experience leading and scaling teams of attorneys and contract managers.
- Hands-on experience owning or leading a CLM implementation and integrating Quote-to-Cash processes.
- Demonstrated fluency in AI governance and the ability to draft and negotiate AI-specific contractual terms.
- Deep expertise in enterprise SaaS contracting, FedRAMP, FAR/DFARS, and complex public sector agreements.
