Salary: €65,000 – €140,000 plus equity

What you will do

• Build trusted relationships with law firm partners, associates, and innovation teams to identify opportunities for platform scaling.
• Own firm relationships from pilot programs to full adoption across global law firms.
• Represent law firm users internally to inform product development and strategic direction.
• Deliver product demos and training to various practice groups and firm-wide audiences.
• Document best practices and contribute to scalable playbooks for global growth.
• Guide law firms through AI-driven shifts in legal service delivery and evaluate ROI and competitive advantages.

Requirements

• Must be located on-site in Milan, Italy.
• Background in law with experience at top-tier law firms across multiple practice areas or firm-wide initiatives.
• Tech-curious and product-savvy, comfortable with technical conversations around generative AI and legal technology.
• Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders including lawyers and engineers.
• Ability to manage multiple firm relationships and bring structure to ambiguity.
• Understanding of commercial realities in law firms including billing pressures and client expectations.
