TL;DR

Higher Education Account Executive (EdTech): Managing the end-to-end university lifecycle across the LATAM territory with an accent on driving strategy, adoption, and growth for institutional clients. Focus on building deep relationships with university administrators and faculty to deliver impactful, campus-wide implementations and achieve revenue targets.

Location: Must be based in New York, USA (Remote role with limited travel).

Salary: $254,000–$326,000

What you will do

  • Own the strategy, planning, and execution of the university lifecycle within identified institutions.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to drive MAU growth and campus-wide adoption.
  • Onboard university staff, professors, and students via Single-Sign-on and strategic support.
  • Build and execute data-informed growth strategies to improve retention and engagement.
  • Identify usage trends and patterns to inform future product and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese is required for engagement with LATAM stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in the Higher Education market and understanding of university efficiency solutions.
  • Strong sales expertise in education software and instructional technology.
  • Deep understanding of how institutions implement new student technology and campus-wide deployments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present complex ideas simply.
  • Must be based in New York, USA.
