TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (Edtech): Expanding partnerships with the largest and most strategic US school districts with an accent on executive-level relationship building and navigating complex procurement processes. Focus on developing territory strategy, leading complex sales cycles, and driving the adoption of hirify.global across Top 2K districts.

Location: Remote (US). Must have significant hours overlap with one of the Americas time zones.

Salary: $160,000 - $240,000 OTE (depending on US state)

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end complex district sales cycles for Top 2K territories.
  • Build and deepen relationships with executive district stakeholders, including Superintendents and Cabinet leaders.
  • Develop data-informed territory and account strategies to drive sustainable pipeline growth.
  • Lead high-impact conversations aligning hirify.global's solutions with strategic district priorities.
  • Navigate complex procurement, budgeting, and legal processes across long sales cycles.
  • Represent the company in the field through onsite visits and conferences, with expected travel of 25%+.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience building sales pipelines and owning complex sales conversations.
  • 3+ years of experience selling into K-12 Districts in the US.
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting and exceeding quotas in strategic or enterprise sales environments.
  • Strong executive presence and experience interacting with senior district leadership.
  • Ability and willingness to travel 25%+.
  • Significant hours overlap with Americas time zones is required.

Nice to have

  • Experience at an early-stage or high-growth company helping shape GTM strategy.
  • Background selling products focused on classroom communication or family engagement.
  • Established network within K-12 districts.
