What you will do

  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling and strategic networking.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with transportation directors and key decision-makers in the K-12 sector.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations to showcase software value and capabilities.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing and successful client onboarding.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute targeted client acquisition strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions within the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States with the ability to travel for conferences and client visits.
  • 3-5+ years of proven sales experience, specifically within the edtech or govtech sectors.
  • Strong entrepreneurial drive with a focus on building and scaling sales organizations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex software solutions clearly.
  • High proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong familiarity with the K-12 education sector and student transportation operations.
