What you will do

• Serve as a trusted Finance Business Partner to the Global Workplace Services organization.
• Lead monthly and quarterly close, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Prepare financial insights and commentary for leadership regarding operating expenses, headcount, and project spend.
• Support annual operating planning and strategic planning review processes.
• Partner with business leaders to evaluate priorities and assess financial impacts of real estate decisions.
• Drive process improvements across FP&A to enhance accuracy and business insight.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Accounting.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for financial modeling and executive presentations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate large data sets into actionable insights.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, global environment with changing priorities.

• Experience supporting Corporate Real Estate, Workplace Services, or Facilities teams.
