What you will do

• Support monthly and long-range forecasting and own reporting for various internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to inform high-stakes strategic initiatives and projects.
• Partner with Total Rewards, Legal, and Accounting on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making across equity programs.
• Apply generative-AI and advanced analytics tools to accelerate modeling and streamline reporting processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or high-growth tech FP&A.
• Expertise in building complex financial models from scratch in Excel with a focus on architecture and audit trails.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive strategic decision-making.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of valuation, accounting concepts, and stock-based compensation.
• Experience with specialized FP&A tools.
• Programming experience for automating workflows and handling large datasets.
