What you will do

• Serve as an embedded finance partner for annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and real-time execution.
• Establish financial planning processes for headcount planning and resource allocation.
• Design analytical rigor to measure the efficiency and ROI of investments in headcount and non-headcount spend.
• Collaborate with business partners to develop metrics, reports, and dashboards that drive planning decisions.
• Identify opportunities to automate and scale forecasting and reporting tools with an AI-native approach.
• Translate complex financial data into clear narratives for senior-level audiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or management consulting.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in communicating data-driven insights.
• Proven track record of building relationships and partnering across all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area.

• Proficiency in SQL and Looker.
