What you will do

• Develop and automate financial reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Lead the ICS consolidations process and drive monthly results and forecasts.
• Partner with Business Unit FP&A leads to review results and conduct variance analysis.
• Design and maintain scalable data infrastructure to support FP&A needs.
• Drive change management initiatives with a focus on embedding AI into financial workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales Finance to assist in monthly deliverables and ad-hoc analysis.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in finance, preferably in FP&A or decision support.
• High proficiency in Excel and MS Office applications.
• Strong understanding of P&L management and finance data flows.
• Experience with financial systems like SAP or Oracle and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Ability to influence internal partners in a matrixed environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
