What you will do

• Manage property management and building engineer teams.
• Conduct periodic property visits and inspections to ensure building systems are fully functional.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with tenants and vendors.
• Prepare annual budgets and monitor actual expenses to ensure targets are met.
• Oversee the construction of approved projects, renovations, and tenant improvements.
• Assist leasing teams and brokers during lease negotiations regarding costing and tenant improvements.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Dallas, TX
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 7-10 years of broad-based commercial property management experience with a background in large in-fill urban retail properties.
• Proficiency in Yardi is required.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
