What you will do

• Direct operations for 8-12 branded restaurants with annual sales volume between $20M and $30M.
• Implement strategic planning to optimize restaurant profits while adhering to quality, cleanliness, and guest service standards.
• Develop and execute action plans to drive Guest Satisfaction (GSAT) and Team Satisfaction (TSAT).
• Oversee financial metrics, including P&L, labor costs, food and beverage costs, and venue budgets.
• Manage performance evaluations, succession planning, and professional development for restaurant teams.
• Ensure strict compliance with local, state, and federal laws regarding food safety, labor, and Union guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Universal City, California.
• 5-7 years of management experience in high-volume food service operations with revenue exceeding $15M.
• High School diploma or GED (Undergraduate degree in Hospitality or Business preferred).
• Availability to work on weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and food-related POS systems (e.g., EATEC & Clarity).
• Proven track record in leading and developing large teams through coaching and mentoring.

Nice to have

• Experience managing in a union environment.
• Previous experience within the theme park industry.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or business administration.
