Focus on influencing product roadmaps, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and accelerating growth in the Americas region.

Location: Must be based in San Jose, California

Salary: $186,200–$256,100 annually

What you will do

  • Develop and execute GTM strategies for robotics and edge AI technologies.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key ecosystem partners, startups, and target accounts.
  • Consolidate technical requirements to influence future product roadmaps.
  • Enable field sales and application support teams on new ecosystem strategies.
  • Deliver market and competitor insights to global sales and marketing organizations.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders to drive design wins and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
  • 10+ years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, or Product Management
  • Proven track record in high-tech sales or application engineering
  • Strong sales, negotiating, and influencing skills
  • Regular exposure and presence to Senior Executives
  • Knowledge and experience in key robotics customers
  • Ability to travel > 30% of the time
