TL;DR

What you will do

  • Support the Operations Director in executing the London Market operations strategy.
  • Partner with underwriting and claims teams to identify and implement process improvements and automation.
  • Develop and maintain operational management information reporting and KPIs using Power BI.
  • Analyze business issues and coordinate resolution across departments.
  • Support international projects including operational resilience, BCP, and enterprise workflow.
  • Integrate new methodologies and technical tools, including AI agents and automation, to enhance effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from London, UK.
  • Experience in process optimization and delivering scalable solutions.
  • Proficiency in data reporting methodologies and Power BI.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with automation capabilities, including AI agents or Copilot.
  • Delivery-focused mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Nice to have

  • Experience or qualifications in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, or Alteryx.
  • Prior experience within the insurance industry, specifically the London Market.
