What you will do

• Collaborate with global stakeholders to analyze business situations and define evidence-based recommendations.
• Elicit, document, and manage requirements throughout the full delivery lifecycle.
• Develop business, process, and data models to support decision-making and solution design.
• Assess the feasibility of business change options, considering financial, technical, and operational impacts.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and manage engagement to achieve shared outcomes.
• Support solution validation, testing activities, and organizational change initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in project or product delivery environments.
• Strong proficiency in requirements definition, including functional and non-functional requirements.
• Experience with process mapping and developing structured analysis outputs.
• Ability to create and interpret business and process models for diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to assess impacts and dependencies.
• Must be able to work from the London office on a hybrid basis.

Nice to have

• Professional Business Analysis qualification (e.g., BCS, IIBA).
• Experience in large, cross-functional, or matrix organizations.
• Familiarity with publishing, media, or digital content workflows.
• Exposure to Salesforce or enterprise fulfillment systems.
