What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of B2B merchants to ensure strong relationships and long-term retention.
• Monitor payment performance metrics, including approval and conversion rates, to identify trends.
• Analyze transaction data to recommend improvements in technical settings and payment methods.
• Drive revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell initiatives by introducing new markets and payment methods.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement seamless integration and client-specific payment solutions.
• Conduct regular business reviews with key clients to discuss performance and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Key Account Management, or Customer Success.
• Strong background in fintech, payments, acquiring, or PSP environments.
• Solid understanding of merchant lifecycles, payment flows, and transaction metrics.
• Fluent Russian and strong English (B2+/C1) are required.
• Experience using CRM tools and analytics software for performance reporting.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Vilnius, Lithuania.
