Key Account Manager (Retail): Leading the commercial development and execution of ESN & More Nutrition brands in the UK retail sector with an accent on revenue delivery, listing acquisition, and long-term category leadership. Focus on establishing joint business plans with leading retailers, managing P&L ownership, and ensuring best-in-class in-store execution.

Location: Hybrid (London). Must be based in the UK and available for 2–3 days per week in the London office

What you will do

  • Deliver and exceed retail revenue targets across Grocery and Drug/Pharmacy channels.
  • Acquire new strategic retail customers and ensure product listings in targeted key accounts.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans to drive category growth in the UK market.
  • Maintain full P&L ownership for the retail portfolio to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Lead multi-level negotiations, ranging from headquarter agreements to regional store activations.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to deliver seamless commercial execution.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in Business Development or Key Account roles within FMCG, sports nutrition, or related B2B retail environments.
  • Proven track record in listing acquisition and scaling business within FMCG retail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-layered negotiations with HQ and regional buyers.
  • English: C2 level required.
  • Availability for frequent travel within the UK (up to 50%) and quarterly visits to the Hamburg HQ.
