Salary: $108,000–$138,000 (plus commission)

What you will do
- Identify and close cross-sell opportunities to expand the footprint of services within an assigned book of business.
- Manage the full client relationship lifecycle, ensuring high service adoption, satisfaction, and contract renewals.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to align company offerings with client business goals.
- Collaborate with internal delivery, product, and renewal teams to ensure service quality and margin targets are met.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, advocating for client needs while driving portfolio adoption.
- Monitor and manage renewal risks, proactively developing strategies to secure recurring revenue.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US
- 10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Sales, Account Management, or Consulting within the enterprise software sector.
- 5+ years of experience selling technology services including software support, Managed Services, or Professional Services.
- 5+ years of experience in post-sales customer-facing roles.
- 2+ years of experience selling Application Management Services (AMS).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and managing large enterprise accounts.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Nice to have
- Experience in Oracle and/or SAP markets and ERP software ecosystems.
- Master's degree or MBA.
