What you will do

• Develop relationships with Japanese financial institutions through conventional networking and digital outreach.
• Identify and build a qualified pipeline using culturally appropriate prospecting methods.
• Research key decision-makers and collaborate with sales teams on strategic outbound initiatives.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Track activities and optimize outreach using business development tools to drive measurable results.

Requirements

• Native proficiency in Japanese and strong English communication skills.
• Understanding of Japanese financial institutions or hirify.global's fintech solutions.
• At least 1 year of work experience in prospecting or relationship-driven industries.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on meeting performance goals.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Tokyo.
