What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Qualify candidates in collaboration with Business Developers.
• Conduct interviews via telephone, face-to-face, or video calls.
• Negotiate contractual conditions with successful candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases and manage recruitment administration.
• Participate in marketing events and conferences to attract new talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Native or near-native German language proficiency is required.
• Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing tools.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
