What you will do
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Qualify candidates in collaboration with Business Developers.
- Conduct interviews via telephone, face-to-face, or video calls.
- Negotiate contractual conditions with successful candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and manage recruitment administration.
- Participate in marketing events and conferences to attract new talent.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Native or near-native German language proficiency is required.
- Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing tools.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
