What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting processes for Business and Go-to-Market teams.
• Partner with global executives and stakeholders, primarily focusing on the EMEA region.
• Build and manage healthy, representative pipelines through active sourcing and inbound management.
• Develop sourcing strategies for passive talent using cold outreach, events, and content.
• Use data-driven insights to shape hiring strategies and communicate findings to partners.
• Orchestrate initiatives related to belonging, equity, and inclusion (BEI).

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth businesses.
• Experience partnering with VP-level stakeholders across the EMEA region.
• Strong understanding of the SaaS and scaling tech landscape.
• Native or fluent German language skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Direct experience working within a SaaS company.
• Fluency in French.
