What you will do
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from briefing to contract offer.
- Conduct active sourcing via LinkedIn, specifically for pharmaceutical, life sciences, and regulated sectors.
- Develop and implement modern employer branding and creative communication strategies.
- Optimize the candidate journey and support recruiting events and campus outreach.
- Collaborate on HR projects and process development as part of the company carve-out.
- Advise executives on recruitment processes and conduct pre-screening interviews.
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR business partnering.
- Very good German and English skills.
- Proven track record in active sourcing and directly approaching candidates.
- Understanding of modern candidate experience and employer branding.
- Proficiency with digital recruiting tools and platforms.
- Must be based in or be able to work from Hamburg, Germany.
Nice to have
- Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences sectors.
- Initial experience with AI-powered recruiting.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
