What you will do

• Manage the full renewal lifecycle including forecasting, pricing, and contract closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare decision-makers.
• Drive on-time renewal execution to minimize churn and secure long-term retention.
• Implement proactive retention strategies and identify expansion opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with local governmental procurement processes such as the Etimad platform.
• Maintain accurate renewal forecasts, account plans, and CRM records.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in account management, renewals, or sales within healthcare, SaaS, or technology.
• Robust knowledge of local governmental procurement processes and public sector contracting frameworks.
• Proven experience in renewal management, contract negotiation, and customer retention.
• Excellent relationship-building, stakeholder management, and consultative selling skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven performance management.
• Must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
