What you will do
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, delivery times, and sample requests via phone and email.
- Facilitate pricing promotions and special discounts to drive quarterly booking and billing targets.
- Promote new product introductions and provide basic training to key accounts and channel partners.
- Provide data-driven input to Business Units to help define customer requirements and market solutions.
- Enter quotations for special requests and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Identify and suggest improvements for internal sales practices and workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a customer-facing industrial role.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or SAP is highly advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, proactive, and pragmatic environment.
