What you will do
- Own and hit yearly and quarterly revenue targets through high-velocity, full-cycle sales.
- Identify and pursue mid-market accounts across various sectors.
- Lead discovery conversations to uncover business pain and demo the platform effectively.
- Collaborate with SDRs to ensure a steady flow of quality meetings and provide actionable feedback.
- Maintain an accurate, up-to-date CRM and provide reliable sales forecasts.
- Navigate procurement, legal, and stakeholder friction to close deals within 30 to 60 days.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in SaaS or technology sales with a proven track record of hitting quota.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with short sales cycles.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with business decision-makers and executives.
- Self-sufficient approach to building sales processes and pipeline structure.
- Commercial awareness regarding deal economics and negotiation dynamics.
- Must be based in or able to work on-site in Riyadh, KSA.

- Experience in CX, analytics, social listening, or AI-based platforms.
