What you will do

  • Own and hit yearly and quarterly revenue targets through high-velocity, full-cycle sales.
  • Identify and pursue mid-market accounts across various sectors.
  • Lead discovery conversations to uncover business pain and demo the platform effectively.
  • Collaborate with SDRs to ensure a steady flow of quality meetings and provide actionable feedback.
  • Maintain an accurate, up-to-date CRM and provide reliable sales forecasts.
  • Navigate procurement, legal, and stakeholder friction to close deals within 30 to 60 days.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in SaaS or technology sales with a proven track record of hitting quota.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with short sales cycles.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with business decision-makers and executives.
  • Self-sufficient approach to building sales processes and pipeline structure.
  • Commercial awareness regarding deal economics and negotiation dynamics.
  • Must be based in or able to work on-site in Riyadh, KSA.

Nice to have

  • Experience in CX, analytics, social listening, or AI-based platforms.
