TL;DR

Senior Audience & Marketing Insight Manager (Music): Driving audience and platform marketing strategies by transforming complex datasets from social and streaming platforms into actionable growth insights. Focus on mapping fan journeys, optimizing campaign ROI, and providing data-driven recommendations to maximize revenue and market share for the label roster.

Location: Must be based in London, UK (Onsite: 4 days per week)

What you will do

  • Develop and lead strategies for understanding audience behavior, growth, and engagement across digital platforms.
  • Analyze social media and streaming data to identify performance drivers and provide actionable campaign recommendations.
  • Map the full-funnel fan experience to identify friction points and conversion opportunities.
  • Create automated dashboards and deep-dive reports for senior leadership and artist managers.
  • Design and analyze A/B tests on platform features to determine cost-effective ways to drive revenue.
  • Partner with A&R and marketing teams to translate complex data into compelling growth narratives.

Requirements

  • 6-9 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in music, entertainment, or digital agencies.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills including complex modeling and pivot tables.
  • Deep familiarity with native analytics tools (Spotify for Artists, YouTube Analytics, TikTok Business Center).
  • Understanding of marketing tech including attribution modeling, UTM tracking, and conversion pixels.
  • Must be able to work onsite in London at least 4 days per week.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Python or R for predictive modeling.
  • Experience with statistical modeling techniques like regression and clustering.
