What you will do
- Develop and lead strategies for understanding audience behavior, growth, and engagement across digital platforms.
- Analyze social media and streaming data to identify performance drivers and provide actionable campaign recommendations.
- Map the full-funnel fan experience to identify friction points and conversion opportunities.
- Create automated dashboards and deep-dive reports for senior leadership and artist managers.
- Design and analyze A/B tests on platform features to determine cost-effective ways to drive revenue.
- Partner with A&R and marketing teams to translate complex data into compelling growth narratives.
Requirements
- 6-9 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in music, entertainment, or digital agencies.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills including complex modeling and pivot tables.
- Deep familiarity with native analytics tools (Spotify for Artists, YouTube Analytics, TikTok Business Center).
- Understanding of marketing tech including attribution modeling, UTM tracking, and conversion pixels.
- Must be able to work onsite in London at least 4 days per week.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Python or R for predictive modeling.
- Experience with statistical modeling techniques like regression and clustering.
