• Solve diverse business problems using data extraction, preparation, and analytical techniques.
• Transform complex datasets into meaningful insights and strategic recommendations for clients.
• Develop and utilize industry-leading tools for accurate and reliable data solutions.
• Create management information (MI) and present findings to key stakeholders.
• Participate in a 2-year structured Early Careers Development Programme.
• Collaborate within an Agile team to deliver projects while learning project planning and quality assurance.

Requirements

• Legal right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available).
• Bachelor's degree with high mathematical content (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering) with a minimum 2:1 classification.
• Graduated within the last three years (2024, 2025, or 2026).
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical curiosity.
• Ability to work in the Nottingham office at least 40% of the time.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of machine learning or computer programming (SAS, Python, or R).
• Experience with statistical techniques or data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
