What you will do
- Manage and independently deliver analytical projects using Python and SQL.
- Uncover key insights from web and social analytics data using tools like GA, Adobe, Brandwatch, and Sprinklr.
- Create self-service dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Support client objectives, KPIs, and drive continuous data analytics pipelines.
- Help manage the work of Junior Data Analysts and support data analytics roadmaps.
- Communicate analytical outputs and deliver presentation quality findings to clients or senior team members.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing analytics, customer experience insights, or performance optimization.
- Proficiency in core analytical languages and software including Excel, SQL, Python, and Alteryx.
- Experience with Data Visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Experience with Web and Social Analytics tools like GA, Adobe, Brandwatch, or Sprinklr.
- Good working understanding of Statistics, Data Protection (GDPR), and Customer Journey Analysis.
- Confident, conscientious, and a self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team in an agile environment.
- Ability to identify and fix problems across data and process, and build strong working relationships.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree or PhD in a quantitative subject (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics) or Social Sciences.
