What you will do

• Lead end-to-end data projects and provide direction to junior analysts.
• Manage ongoing test-and-learn plans for omnichannel marketing activities.
• Drive strategic initiatives using first-party data for media buys and data capture exercises.
• Utilize internal AI tools to drive creative optimization programs.
• Create multi-variate customer segments and measure marketing impact against specific audiences.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in agency, consulting, or client-side roles working with customer-related datasets (marketing, sales, or product analysis).
• Hands-on proficiency in SQL and/or Python for extracting data from GCP, AWS, Azure, or equivalent.
• Understanding of basic statistical concepts such as regression, clustering, and causation vs correlation.
• Ability to translate technical findings into tangible recommendations for non-technical decision-makers.
• Strong communication skills for presenting to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Must be based in London for a hybrid work arrangement (3 days office / 2 days remote).
