What you will do
- Deliver analytical projects within set deadlines using strong hands-on Python and SQL capabilities.
- Uncover key insights across channels using web and social analytics tools like GA, Adobe, Brandwatch, and Sprinklr.
- Create and maintain self-service dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Support the answering of strategic business questions and the delivery of personalisation at scale.
- Collaborate with senior team members to shape analytical findings for client presentations.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with client-side analysts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative subject (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics) or Social Sciences.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing analytics, customer experience insights, or management consulting.
- Proficiency in core analytical tools: SQL, Python, and Excel.
- Experience with data visualization software (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
- Understanding of web and social analytics tools (GA, Adobe).
- Knowledge of data protection and GDPR regulations.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree or PhD in a quantitative field.
- Knowledge of experimental or multivariate test design techniques.
- Understanding of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data landscapes.
