What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic integrated marketing and account-based plans aligned with regional sales priorities to generate pipeline.
- Act as a strategic partner and business advisor to regional sales leadership.
- Plan and manage regional activities including first and third-party events, industry conferences, tradeshows, webinars, and executive roundtables.
- Drive customized account-based regional marketing campaigns for key strategic accounts leveraging data and buyer personas.
- Collaborate with product marketing and demand generation teams to define messaging and campaign activation.
- Manage budget, ROI, and performance metrics for all regional marketing programs.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of integrated B2B marketing experience, preferably in Canada field marketing roles.
- Fluent in English and French Canadian (written, oral, and business skills).
- Proven success in executing field marketing campaigns and regional demand generation programs.
- Deep understanding of strategic account buying dynamics and cultural behaviors across Canadian provinces.
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, and Tableau.
- Ability to travel regionally (15%-25%) as needed.
