What you will do

• Serve as a Compliance Business Partner for O&P workgroups to ensure NERC standard implementation.
• Lead organization-wide strategies for reliability compliance and documentation.
• Evaluate and support preparation for audits, self-certifications, and internal compliance assessments.
• Perform gap analysis on new standards and establish processes to ensure asset security.
• Review and perform quality checks on evidence attesting to compliance with NERC standards.
• Represent the company in industry forums and meetings with regulatory agencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience in utilities or compliance.
• Prior NERC O&P and utilities compliance experience is required.
• Strong technical and non-technical communication skills.
• Experience with generator protection systems, facility ratings, and SCADA systems.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
