Salary: $35.00–$42.07 per hour plus annual bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Perform corrective, preventive, and emergency maintenance on solar PV equipment, inverters, and battery storage systems.
• Execute switching and clearance orders to ensure safe operations of power plant systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems, instrumentation, and control circuits.
• Maintain site documentation, including plant procedures and operating instructions.
• Collaborate with site teams to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Assist with site vegetation management and general facility upkeep as required.

Requirements

• Must live in the general Lancaster/Mojave/Tehachapi area in California.
• Must have reliable transportation for daily site commute.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or solar certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in power generation and 2+ years in Energy Storage O&M.
• Demonstrated knowledge of electrical/mechanical fundamentals and control circuits.
• OSHA 10 and NFPA 70e certifications required.
