What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of Solutions Architects and Capture Management professionals.
- Drive new business revenue by managing team engagement with the broader sales organization.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans at the solution level to optimize customer value.
- Conduct monthly coaching sessions and quarterly business reviews to ensure team performance.
- Position new solutions and capabilities with key client executives to drive deal closure.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Product, and Market Planning teams.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the USA.
- Proven leadership experience in capture management or government sales.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with critical client executives.
- Experience in developing strategic roadmaps and managing complex sales cycles.
- Technical competency to align product strategies with organizational goals.
